How can I check the status of my order?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.
You can contact us during the first 48 hours for a full refund without specific reasons.

Delivery time to Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3-5 weeks.
